Refund Policy

At Epic Escapades, we understand that plans may change, and offering a fair refund policy is part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, we also incur costs in planning and booking exciting journeys for our customers. Therefore, our refund policy, which reflects these realities, is as follows:

 

Grounds for Refund

A refund is only possible for valid reasons. We may ask for documentation to validate the reason for your cancellation.

 

Refund Tiers

  • Cancellation Within 7 Days: If you cancel your trip within 7 days of departure, you will receive a 25% refund of the total amount you paid, after deducting the costs for non-refundable expenses.
  • Cancellation Within 14 Days: If you cancel your trip within 14 days of departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount you paid, after deducting the costs for non-refundable expenses.
  • Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before Departure: If you cancel your trip more than 14 days before the departure, you will receive a 75% refund of the total amount you paid, after deducting the costs for non-refundable expenses.

Please note that all refund percentages pertain to the amount remaining after the deduction of any non-refundable expenses incurred in preparation for your trip.
